Took forever

I ordered a print of Jay z about two weeks ago and it is still in transit. I probably won’t get my order for a week. Never again, because this is some BS. And FYI it’s not due to the carrier because the carrier didn’t receive the print until about two weeks ago. Do better!!

Your order was placed on September 16th and shipped out on September 18th. Unfortunately, USPS experienced delays in transit, which are outside of my control. I completely understand your frustration, and I’ve issued you a full refund today. Thank you for your feedback. I’ll continue working to make the process as smooth as possible for future orders.
